My name is Schamet Horsfield, and I am your visionary host for the leadership summit. In Hebrew, my name means “the candle that burns bright,” my purpose has always been to bring light into dark places.

A little about me: from a young age, I felt a calling to help humanity evolve. I knew I had a mission, a purpose—to be here on earth for a powerful reason. Every day, I am dedicated to transformation, growth, and embodying the best version of myself.

Lighthouses have always inspired me, as they shine steadily even in the darkest times, just as I aim to do. I believe each of us has an inner leader, and learning to lead ourselves is the first step toward changing the world. When we lead ourselves, we become lighthouses for others, guiding them toward their own light.

To create a new world, we must redefine our beliefs about power and leadership. I feel it's part of my soul's path to facilitate transformative conversations that shift these deeply ingrained beliefs.
